Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Kennedy's Boxing Club C.I.C. services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
About Kennedy's Boxing Club
Kennedy's Boxing Club is a Community Interest Company (Company No. 16482773) registered in England and Wales. We provide boxing training and community support services in Bishopsworth, Bristol.
Membership & Registration
- All members must complete registration forms with accurate information
- Members under 18 require parental/guardian consent
- Medical conditions relevant to boxing must be disclosed
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership for safety or conduct reasons
Health & Safety
- Boxing is a physical contact sport with inherent risks
- Members participate at their own risk
- Members must follow all safety instructions and club rules
- Appropriate protective equipment must be worn during training
- Members must inform coaches of any injuries or health concerns
Code of Conduct
All members and visitors must:
- Treat others with respect and dignity
- Follow instructions from coaches and staff
- Maintain appropriate behavior in the gym
- Not engage in bullying, discrimination, or harassment
- Report any safety concerns immediately
Payments & Refunds
- Free community sessions are available for ages 5-15 on Monday & Wednesday 6-7pm
- Paid membership and drop-in fees are as advertised
- Payment is required before participation in paid sessions
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Members will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions for safety, Kennedy's Boxing Club C.I.C., its directors, coaches, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in activities, except where caused by our negligence.
Photography & Media
We may take photographs and videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials, including logos, text, and images, are the property of Kennedy's Boxing Club C.I.C. and may not be used without permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
